Payment & Insurance
Tasnim is a Registered Social Worker, Masters of Clinical Social Work (MSW) it is the responsibility of the client to confirm your insurance plan and if MSW RSW services are covered/health spending account can be utilized. Theta Therapy/your practitioner is not responsible if you are not reimbursed or you pay out of pocket for services.
Please be aware that the current payment process & amount remains. You will etransfer prior/at the time of appt, and be responsible for claiming purposes once you receive a receipt by email. We do not direct bill.

Cancellation Policy
48 Hour Cancellation Policy- all appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to full session fee.
